Who we are
A service business that happens to own printers
Printer Rental began as a Cape Town supplier and now serves clients in every province. We are not a finance house that ships machines on someone else’s behalf — we hold our own stock, our own technicians install and service it, and the same team answers the phone when something stops working.
That is the part that matters. A machine that is down costs a business far more than the rental ever saves, so everything we do is built around keeping yours running: spare units on the shelf for a swap, technicians on the road, and one person who knows your site.
What we rent

We hold our own stock rather than ordering against your signature, so the machine on the quote is the machine that arrives.

We quote a matched machine
A specific model against your volume, with the rental term you actually want — by the day, the month, or long term.
We deliver and install
Our own technicians deliver, connect the machine to your network and show your staff how to drive it.
We keep it running
Log a fault with our service department and we repair on site, or swap the unit so you are not waiting on a part.
