You choose a machine matched to your print volume, we deliver and install it, and you pay a fixed rental for the term you need — by the day, by the week, by the month, or on a long-term contract. There is no capital outlay and no asset to dispose of at the end. When the term finishes we collect the machine, or you swap it for a different model.

Our fleet runs to around 85 machines in six classes: A3 colour and A3 mono multifunction copiers, A4 colour and A4 mono printers, large-format plotters, and production machines with booklet finishing. The brands we carry are Canon, Sharp, Olivetti and Pantum. Every multifunction unit prints, copies and scans.

Renting makes sense when you want the cost on the operating budget rather than the balance sheet, when your print volume is likely to change, or when the machine is for a fixed project or event. Buying makes sense when your volume is stable and you intend to keep the machine for its full service life. Short-term day rates currently run from R99 to R999 per day depending on the machine. Monthly and long-term contracts are quoted on your page volume rather than off a list price, because a machine running 2 000 pages a month costs us less to support than the same machine running 20 000.

It depends on the term. Short-term hire by the day or week covers the machine, delivery and installation. Monthly and long-term contracts cover the machine, delivery and installation, on-site maintenance, and toner. Paper is not included on any term. Your quote lists exactly what is covered before you sign anything.

Yes. Every price shown on this site includes VAT.

Complete the rental application form and we come back to you with the machine, the rate, and the delivery date confirmed in writing. We will tell you at that point whether a deposit applies to your term.

Same day in Cape Town where we have the model in stock, next working day in Johannesburg, Pretoria and Durban, and two to three working days elsewhere in South Africa. Tell us your deadline when you ask for the quote and we will confirm a date in writing.

We do it. Our own technicians deliver the machine, connect it to your network, and show your staff how to use it. There is no separate call-out charge for the installation.

Nationwide. Our head office is in Milnerton, Cape Town, with teams covering Century City, Cape Town, Durban and Sandton, and delivery to the rest of the country.

Log the fault with our service department. We repair on site where we can, and swap the unit out where we cannot, so that you are not waiting on a part to arrive. On monthly and long-term contracts this is covered by the rental.

On monthly and long-term contracts toner is included, and we send replacements before you run out. On short-term hire the toner for your expected volume is agreed on the quote, so you know up front what a longer run will cost.

Yes. If your volume changes, or you need colour or A3 that your current machine does not do, we will swap it. Speak to your account manager and we will match a replacement and arrange the changeover.

Yes, and it is one of the things we do most. Conferences, exhibitions, trade shows, pop-up offices, audits, and exam or election periods. We deliver, set the machine up on site, and collect it when the event ends.
