Short Term Printer Rental
Printer and copier hire for events, projects and temporary offices
Short term printer rental lets you put a professional printer or copier exactly where you need it, for exactly as long as you need it — without buying a machine or signing a long-term agreement.
Our short term rentals run from three days up to one month. You choose the machine, we deliver and install it, and we collect it when you are finished. Toner, support and maintenance are included for the whole hire period.
What short term printer hire is used for
Most of our short term hires fall into one of these situations:
- Conferences, exhibitions and trade shows
- Corporate events, AGMs and training sessions

If a fault occurs during the hire we repair it on site or swap the unit, so you are not left without a machine mid-event.
Machines and daily rates
The short term fleet covers everything from compact A4 mono printers through to A3 colour multifunction machines for high-volume work. Whether you need one unit for a weekend or several across a venue, we will match the machine to your print volume.
Current per-day rates for every machine in the short term fleet are published on our Short Term Rental Rate Card. Rates depend on the model, the length of the hire and what you are printing, so the quickest way to get an exact figure is to ask us.
Delivery and how to book
We deliver nationwide. In Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban and Pretoria we can usually deliver the next day; elsewhere in South Africa delivery normally takes two to three working days.
For event and exhibition hires we recommend booking as early as you can, so the machine is on site and tested before your doors open.
